Our coaching sessions will be conducted online, providing you with the flexibility to participate from the comfort of your home or anywhere you are. Using the ZOOM app, we'll meet online for our sessions.
You'll select 4 days where you'll have access to me for 1-hour sessions.

Generally, a diet rich in whole foods including a good amount of fruits and vegetables is advisable. But, don’t worry. This isn’t going to involve you cutting out everything that some people consider ‘bad’ or being on an overly restrictive diet.
